In this program from the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the elusive Holy Grail is a metaphor throughout history for desires beyond reach. In Parsifal, a young knight's quest is a heroic search for forgiveness and reconciliation.

At Friday's "Off the Cuff" presentation, BSO Principal Guest Conductor Markus Stenz explores the controversial composer’s dramatic quest. Sunday's performance includes Mendelssohn's Hebrides Overture and Bruch's Scottish Fantasy.
